Code of conduct and regulations

1. Minimum age
Entry is allowed only to individuals aged 18 and over. A valid and original ID must be shown at the entrance. Management reserves the right to deny entry in case of invalid or suspicious documentation.

2. Dress code
Appropriate attire is required. Swimwear, flip-flops, sleeveless shirts, or clothing deemed offensive or unsuitable are not permitted. Entry may be denied at the discretion of management.

3. Alcohol and substances
Bringing alcoholic beverages or illegal substances into the venue is strictly prohibited. Security checks may be carried out at the entrance; refusal will result in denied access. Any violations will be reported to the authorities.

4. Behavior
Harassment, aggression, or disrespectful behavior toward other guests or staff will not be tolerated. Disturbances, fights, or inappropriate conduct will lead to immediate removal and, if necessary, notification to law enforcement.

5. Reservation and access
Access is reserved for guests with a valid reservation or access card. We recommend arriving early. Admission is subject to the venue’s legally established capacity limits.

6. Opening hours
The venue is open from 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Entry is not permitted after closing time. Exiting the venue must be done respectfully, in accordance with public order regulations.

7. Privacy and safety
• The venue is under video surveillance to ensure guest safety.
• Recordings are used solely for security purposes or official investigations. • Filming or photographing other guests without their consent is prohibited.

8. Access revocation
Management reserves the right to deny or revoke access to anyone who fails to comply with the rules, appears intoxicated, or disrupts normal operations.

9. Personal belongings
Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The venue is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

10. Environmental respect
Littering is prohibited. Please use designated waste bins and behave respectfully toward the environment and shared spaces.

11. Emergency procedures
In case of emergency, follow the instructions of staff members. Emergency exits must remain unobstructed at all times.

12. Photo and video consent
By entering the venue, you consent to potentially being photographed or filmed during events. Such content may be used by the venue for promotional and communication purposes on digital and non-digital channel.
